The Tent of Promise is a flourishing ministry to all Australia.

It is over 9 years now that we have been going forth in the Names of Jesus as Missionaries to our Nation. It is now in the 14th year since Pastor Barry and Sandra Cunnington heard the words - "Australia First", upon which this Tent ministry was established.

We have now seen tens of thousands pass through The Tent in 'Word of Faith and Revival' meetings and the Christian Heritage Expo, including our 30 meter long panorama of the full bible (now all updated!).

We are continuing to hold another outreach in another town each week. About 200 crusades have now been held with over 12, 000 people having responded and still responding to the SEED of the Word of God planted in their heart. We have lost count of those we are reaching now, both in Australia and Africa.

Now this is what we have observed over the years -

Firstly, the Word of Faith preached is always in season. It is always powerful. And always changes lives. The Word accomplishes that for which it is sent!

Secondly, Revival always comes to those who are hungry and thirsty.

In some places we have had all who came to The Tent experience revival, a refreshing of their Faith. In others only one or a few experience incredible revival in themselves, and seek after the things of God by following us from town to town. Some receive astonishing healing miracles in the soul and body, because they look past us, and see Jesus and the promises in His Word.

Thirdly, God is not limited. We limit Him, by our lack of trust that He will do it!

I want to say something that we have always observed and had revealed to us by the Holy Spirit. To say it, I'm going to quote John Bevere (Under Cover Pg 111-112, Leaders Guide)

 

"Do you realise the Son of God who has the Spirit of God without measure was restrained from doing any mighty works? Do you realise that? That's amazing to me... The reason is, He didn't come the way they expected Him to come... Many times God will send you what you need in a package you didn't want. Can you give double honour to that package that you didn't necessarily want?"

 

We have always been the "Who are you?" ministry.

The answer is - One of Jesus' packages!
